Shipping policy

Shipping for an In Stock item is 2-4 working days from when we receive your payment.

At present, we're sorry we do not ship outside of the UK.

ClearPay Purchases are shipped within 7 working days, allowing time for ClearPay to process the payment*

If an item becomes unavailable, we will issue a refund to the same payment method used for purchase within 28 days

Pre-Order items shipped within 4-6 weeks (possibly sooner, depending on the supplier)
